Clearing Path’s Therapeutic Services will move to
5450 Far Hills Ave,Suite 110, Kettering, Ohio 45429.

Gradual Transition /Excitement for New Chapter

The relocation begins in July 2026. Providers and appointments will
transition gradually for a seamless process.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new location and beginning
this exciting new chapter.

Will my appointments change?

Possibly — but we will communicate directly with you if your appointment
location or schedule will be affected. Our goal is to minimize disruption to your care during the transition.

Is parking available?

Yes! More parking will be available at the new location.

💻 Will telehealth still be available?

Yes. Telehealth services will continue to be offered were clinically appropriate.
