Group Therapy
Group Therapy – Psychoeducational, Process, and Cognitive-Behavioral Groups that work to educate and change learned behaviors by changing thinking patterns, beliefs and perceptions are for individuals who benefit in the type of environment that includes others with similar/like concerns. In addition, these groups help to increase awareness about behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse disorders.
IOP Group Therapy – Under the direction of an experienced professional, IOP group sessions are reflective psychodynamic experiences that are designed to assist patients with a greater understanding of their connection with and response to the addiction/illnesses that they have been experiencing
Goals of IOP Group Therapy – To initiate a sense of belonging or relatability through understanding, which is achieved by sharing common experiences.
